Job summary

Diviniti Global is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager in Delhi to manage end-to-end movement of goods, from procurement to final dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

You will coordinate with purchase, manufacturing, warehouse, sales, accounts, distributors, franchisees, retail stores, and logistics partners to maintain seamless operations and cost control.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics or operations management.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail or B2B operations preferred.
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review confirmed customer orders and sales requirements daily.
• Prepare supply and dispatch plans based on inventory and production schedules.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels across warehouse, factory and sales locations.
• Monitor finished goods, raw materials, packaging materials and critical components.
• Coordinate with manufacturing units for production priorities and delivery schedules.
• Track work-in-progress against confirmed orders.
• Ensure availability of materials for scheduled production.
• Coordinate with courier companies, transporters and logistics partners.
• Ensure systematic receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain proper SKU identification and stock traceability.

Role & responsibilities: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and execution-oriented Supply Chain Manager to manage the complete movement of goods from procurement and manufacturing coordination to inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics and final dispatch.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the right products are available at the right location, in the right quantity and delivered within committed timelines, while maintaining optimum inventory levels and controlling logistics and operational costs.

The role requires close coordination with purchase, manufacturing units, warehouse, sales, accounts, quality control, distributors, franchisees, retail stores and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review confirmed customer orders and sales requirements on a daily basis.
• Prepare supply and dispatch plans based on inventory availability and production schedules.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels across warehouse, factory and sales locations.
• Monitor finished goods, raw materials, packaging materials and critical components.
• Coordinate with manufacturing units for production priorities and delivery schedules.
• Track work-in-progress against confirmed orders.
• Ensure availability of materials required for scheduled production.

Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, warehouse or operations management. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail or B2B operations will be preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong command over Excel and MIS reporting
• Working knowledge of ERP / inventory management software
• Good understanding of inventory control and order tracking
• Strong vendor and transporter coordination skills
• Understanding of production planning and procurement

Role Objective: The fundamental responsibility of the Supply Chain Manager is:

No confirmed customer order should be delayed because of lack of planning, inventory visibility, production coordination, QC coordination or logistics follow-up. The Supply Chain Manager should have complete visibility of an order from the moment it is received until it reaches the customer.
