Job summary

DEFA in Bengaluru is seeking an Operations & Procurement Head to oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure timely, accurate quotations. You will coordinate with Sales, Design, Accounts, and Project teams to manage multiple lighting projects from inception to completion.

The role requires hands-on experience in operations, quotations, and commercial calculations, with strong Excel skills and independent project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Quotations.
• Experience in Lighting, Interior, Architecture, or Construction preferred.
• Strong project coordination and quotation management skills.
• Good understanding of BOQs, pricing, and commercial calculations.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
