Job summary

ALTRAIZE in Bengaluru seeks a sales professional to prepare accurate LED lighting quotes for commercial projects and coordinate with Design, Purchase and Production teams for technical specs and pricing. You will follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders and ensure PO accuracy before processing.

Maintain logs, trackers and updates daily, while pursuing sales targets and staying current with industry developments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Strong sales skills and ability to chase targets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and price-accurate quotes for LED lighting products for commercial projects, including correct product images.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Production to gather specs, availability, and pricing.
• Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed purchase orders.
• Verify PO details against approved quotations before processing.
• Maintain enquiry logs, quotation trackers, and customer databases with daily updates.
• Maintain sales targets driven by sales forecasts.
• Maintain strong communication with customers on quotations, order confirmations, and updates.
• Prepare BOQ based on details.
• Generate and update TDS using provided tools.
• Stay updated on latest LED lighting developments and products.
• Assist the Sales Team with documentation and coordination for ongoing projects.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with a strong foundation in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or BCOM.
• Experience of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the lighting or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
