Job summary

Smart Moves Talent Crafters Pvt. Ltd. seeks a motivated Projects Coordinator with a passion for design and experience in ERP systems.

You will support the supply of architectural lighting and coordinate with design, purchasing, assembly teams and clients, including architects and interior designers. You will quote, source, sometimes create and manage the logistical side of project delivery, ensuring details are accurate and projects run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in using ERP software.

• Lighting background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day requirements of supply of architectural lighting.
• Liaise with design team, product/purchasing, assembly teams and clients incl. architects/interior designers.
• Quote, source, sometimes create, convert and manage the logistical side of project delivery.
• Be across details to confidently deliver projects and ensure successful outcomes.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for design and previous design experience. The successful candidate will have the following:

• Experience in using ERP software
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focussed mindset
• Ability to work autonomously, self-manage projects and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong decision making and time management skills
• Quick learner who has a desire to grow professionally, identify areas for improvement and take initiative
• Lighting background preferred

What you’ll be responsible for:

As a Projects Coordinator, you’ll be managing the day-to-day requirements (internal & external) of the supply of architectural lighting. You will liaise with our design team, product/purchasing team, assembly team and clients including architects and interior designers and the trades (builders and electricians) in a mixture of quoting, sourcing, sometimes creating, converting and managing logistical side of project delivery

• Be across the details to confidently deliver projects
• Strong customer service and customer follow ups
• Take ownership & collaborate internally for project conversion
• Engage, impress and perfect project delivery
