Job summary

Smart Moves Talent Crafters Pvt. Ltd. in Noida is seeking a Projects Coordinator to manage the day-to-day supply of architectural lighting.

You will collaborate with the design, product and assembly teams, as well as architects and interior designers, handling quotes, sourcing and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery. You will take ownership of project details, maintain strong customer service and proactively drive conversions, working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day requirements of the supply of architectural lighting (internal & external).
• Liaise with design, product/purchasing, assembly teams and clients including architects/interior designers.
• Handle quoting, sourcing, creating, converting and logistics for project delivery.
• Be across details to confidently deliver projects.
• Provide strong customer service and follow-ups.
• Collaborate internally to drive project conversion.
• Engage and perfect project delivery using internal systems.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for design and previous design experience. The successful candidate will have the following:

• Experience in using ERP software
• Proven project management experience
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focussed mindset
• Ability to work autonomously, self-manage projects and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong decision making and time management skills
• Quick learner who has a desire to grow professionally, identify areas for improvement and take
• initiative
• Lighting background preferred

What you’ll be responsible for:

As a Projects Coordinator, you’ll be managing the day-to-day requirements (internal & external) of the supply of architectural lighting. You will liaise with our design team, product/purchasing team, assembly team and clients including architects and interior designers and the trades (builders and electricians) in a mixture of quoting, sourcing, sometimes creating, converting and managing logistical side of project delivery

• Be across the details to confidently deliver projects
• Strong customer service and customer follow ups
• Take ownership & collaborate internally for project conversion
• Engage, impress and perfect project delivery
• Using internal quote/sales software

Working Days:

7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
