Qualifications

• 45 years of progressive operational experience in teleradiology or diagnostic healthcare.

• Strong radiologist networking and talent engagement capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management or related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our teleradiology operations at our Ghaziabad office. In this critical role, you will oversee day-to-day workflow management, ensure seamless coordination between hospitals, diagnostic centers, and our panel of expert radiologists, and drive efficiency across domestic and international accounts.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in teleradiology operations, deep technical familiarity with PACS systems, hands-on experience handling government tenders, and a proven track record of managing international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow & Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end teleradiology reporting workflow, ensuring rapid turnaround times (TAT), high accuracy, and strict adherence to quality standards.
• PACS & Technical Expertise: Manage and troubleshoot PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) operations, ensuring seamless image transfer, data security, and integration with hospital information systems.
• Radiologist Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with domestic and international radiologists, managing rostering, case allocation, and performance tracking.
• Government Tender Execution: Lead the operational execution of government healthcare contracts and tenders, ensuring all compliance, documentation, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics are successfully met.
• International Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing operational queries, managing expectations, and ensuring service delivery aligns with global healthcare standards.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain robust audit trails, ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., AERB, HIPAA compliance for international workflows), and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 45 years of progressive operational experience specifically within the Teleradiology or diagnostic healthcare sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in managing and configuring PACS / VNA solutions and teleradiology workflow engines.
• Tender Management: Proven experience in executing and managing government healthcare tenders and institutional contracts.
• Global Exposure: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and workflows with international healthcare clients and overseas partners.
• Network: Existing rapport or strong capability in radiologist connect and talent engagement.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
