High-volume tertiary-care environment in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, seeking an on-site Radiology consultant to deliver accurate imaging, procedural expertise and close clinical collaboration.
Primary Job Title: Consultant Radiologist
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate interpretation and reporting of diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, ultrasound, radiography, mammography and fluoroscopy) for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Perform image-guided procedures including biopsies, drainages and basic interventional radiology under established protocols and supervision guidelines.
- Manage and optimise imaging workflows—PACS/RIS usage, image quality control, contrast protocols and turnaround time targets.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, provide actionable clinical recommendations and liaise directly with referring clinicians to drive patient care decisions.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and maintain documentation for audits, QA and accreditation requirements.
- Contribute to training and mentoring of junior radiologists, residents and radiography staff; support on-call emergency coverage as rostered.

Clinical Qualifications & Expectations
- MBBS with MD/DNB (Radiology) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Radiology.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council/State Medical Council and eligibility to practice in India.
- Demonstrable clinical experience in hospital-based diagnostic and interventional radiology; readiness to participate in on-site emergency rosters.
- Strong record of multidisciplinary collaboration, timely reporting and adherence to QA and radiation-safety protocols.
