Job summary

Cyient Limited in Hyderabad seeks a Facilities Manager - Interior Design & Fit-Out Projects to plan, design, coordinate and execute office interior and workplace fit-out ventures, ensuring alignment with standards and business needs.

You will manage end-to-end activities from design reviews and space planning to drawings validation, vendor and budget management, stakeholder coordination, quality control, compliance, and final handover, leveraging AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, workplace design, or interior fit-out projects.
• Experience managing office interiors and end-to-end fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

Job description

Typically requires a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience

Develop conceptual and detail engineering solution in plants with thorough knowledge of structural engineering concepts

Identify and onboard qualified contractors, architects, and OEMs.

Conduct technical evaluations for fit-out vendors.

Review quotations and participate in commercial negotiations.

Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project deliverables.

Conduct regular site review meetings with project stakeholders.

Proficient in the Auto CAD / MS project tools

Analyse medium, to complex structures under minimum guidance with through understanding of drawings

Develop medium to complex models along with drawings

Conversant with applicable codes and can apply independently or under guidance for complex situations

8 to 10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Design, or Interior Fit-Out Projects.

Proven experience managing office interiors, workplace transformation, and commercial fit-out projects.

Experience handling projects from concept design to final handover.
