Job summary

This is a permanent night shift aligned to North American time zones (Eastern, Central and Pacific), on a roster that covers seven days a week. Our clients work their day; we work alongside them. This is the main challenge of the role and it does not change after probation. Please apply only if a night schedule genuinely works for you.

About us

Indianabulls Private Limited is a Ludhiana-based operations company providing back-office services to North American logistics businesses — last-mile delivery, courier and transport operators across the United States and Canada. Our principal client is LogiLink Solutions, a North American services company; through them, our teams handle hiring and onboarding support, dispatch, payroll and compliance, performance reporting, disputes and reconciliation for logistics operators. We are growing and are building the management layer to lead that growth.

The role

You will manage one or more client accounts and lead the Team Leads and CSRs who deliver the work on them. You will be the client's day-to-day contact, the manager your Team Leads answer to, and the person responsible for the team following our procedures. You will report to the Company's senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients: understand their requirements, handle changes and escalations, and communicate clearly and professionally with North American client teams every day
• Translate client demand into team capacity — allocate Team Leads and CSRs to accounts, adjust allocations as client needs change, and keep the allocation current
• Lead, direct and support a group of Team Leads; run daily briefings and weekly team reviews
• Monitor team performance through weekly ratings and quality reviews; coach, correct and, where necessary, take performance decisions in line with Company policy
• Ensure compliance with the Company's standard operating procedures and client requirements; identify gaps, coach the team, and propose process improvements
• Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members and their integration into the teams
• Coordinate with HR on staffing needs so accounts stay fully covered
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for leadership: coverage, quality, issues, risks
