Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments.
• Prepare and manage freight forwarding documentation such as Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other shipping documents.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight agents, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Handle booking requests and shipment scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the logistics management system.
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to support our freight forwarding operations.
