Job summary

The Human Loops (Pacheriwala Infotech Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a Team Lead – Operations for the Evening/Night shift in Nagpur. You will manage cross-functional teams, allocate tasks, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in operations and team leadership, with a focus on discipline, coaching, and process adherence. Office-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Operations, BPO, Back Office, AI Operations, or Team Management.
• Prior experience leading a team is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Evening/Night shift operations team.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion.
• Track attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
• Guide, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure daily targets are completed within timelines and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
• Ensure all company SOPs, processes, and quality guidelines are followed.
• Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to the team.
• Maintain operational reports, attendance records, and productivity trackers.
• Share shift updates and operational reports with management.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Promote discipline, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Our operations team plays a key role in delivering high-quality datasets while maintaining speed, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Eligibility & Skills

• Prior experience leading a team is Mandatory.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule

• 5 Working Days per Week
• Evening (3PM - 12 PM)
• 9 Hours per Day (8.5 Working Hours + 30 Minutes Break)
• Rotational Weekly Off
