Job summary

CC India is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee vendor coordination, logistics, inventory, and showroom activities across Bengaluru. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality, and leading warehouse and showroom teams to achieve efficient project execution.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in business/operations and extensive experience in retail, e-commerce, furniture, or luxury brands, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 57 years of relevant experience in Operations Management.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, furniture, interiors, lifestyle, or premium/luxury brands.
• Strong experience in vendor management, logistics, inventory, warehouse, and site coordination.
• Good knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, coordination, and people-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of operational activities.
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and execution.
• Experience in luxury interiors, premium furniture, or lifestyle retail.
• Knowledge of Shopify/e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure timely availability of products.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and proactively resolve supply-related issues.
• Oversee quality control at vendor facilities and interior project sites.
• Coordinate installations, carpenters, contractors, and site execution.
• Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are executed according to required quality and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate movement of inventory between warehouse, showroom, and projects.
• Take ownership of warehouse operations, dispatches, and inventory management.
• Coordinate domestic logistics and courier partners.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery while resolving logistics issues independently.
• Manage B2C and B2B orders from confirmation through final delivery.
• Track production and delivery timelines for custom furniture and interior projects.
• Coordinate site readiness and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely completion of orders and projects as per agreed timelines.
• Lead warehouse, showroom, dispatch, and site teams.

• Take ownership of warehouse operations, dispatches, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate stock records across warehouse, showroom, and e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate domestic logistics and courier partners.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery while resolving logistics issues independently.

Order & Project Fulfilment

• Manage B2C and B2B orders from confirmation through final delivery.
• Track production and delivery timelines for custom furniture and interior projects.
• Coordinate site readiness and ensure smooth project execution.

Team Management & Process Improvement
