With 6–10 years of IFM experience, you will lead site teams, ensure SOP compliance, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Operations / Facility Management.
• Mandatory experience in IFM (Integrated Facility Management) industry.
• Strong experience in handling multiple sites, teams, manpower, and client operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of facility management processes, SOPs, compliance, and service delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates must be locally based in Jaipur.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities across assigned facilities/sites.
• Ensure smooth delivery of facility management services in line with client requirements and company standards.
• Lead, manage, and motivate site-level teams, supervisors, and operational staff.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle client coordination and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Manage vendor and contractor coordination wherever required.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of client and site-related issues.
• Support budgeting, cost control, resource planning, and overall operational efficiency.
