Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site IFM operations across Gurgaon, Manesar and Noida.
• Manage HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, batteries, BMS and related electrical systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections and breakdown response.
• Monitor power quality, load management and energy consumption; drive efficiency.
• Lead safety, EHS, LOTO, permits and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors; ensure SLA/KPI and service quality.
• Prepare MIS, energy, maintenance and asset performance reports.
• Oversee site budgets and drive cost-saving and improvement projects.

Job Title- Manager IFM Operations (Technical)

Industry Preference: Facility Management / Service Industry

We are looking for candidates at the Assistant Manager–Manager level or similar to manage client sites across Gurgaon, Manesar, and Noida.

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in day-to-day technical IFM operations with focus on electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in vendor management AMC/O&M contracts, SLA/KPI adherence and service performance.
• Handle and lead technical teams, including engineers, technicians and supervisors, with effective manpower deployment.
• Managing HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, batteries, APFC panels, BMS and electrical distribution.
• Plan and execute PPM, corrective maintenance, inspections and breakdown activities.
• Monitor critical power systems, load management, energy consumption and power quality.
• Lead electrical engineers, technicians and supervisors; manage manpower and shift operations.
• Manage AMC/O&M vendors and ensure SLA/KPI, quality, safety and service compliance.
• Ensure electrical safety, EHS, LOTO, work permits and statutory compliance.
• Experience in client coordination breakdowns, shutdowns, maintenance and critical incidents.
• Prepare technical MIS, maintenance, energy, incident and asset performance reports.
• Manage site budgets, drive cost-saving initiatives, energy efficiency, cost optimisation, RCA/CAPA, audits and facility improvement projects.
