Job summary

Chamber of Gods is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day factory and e-commerce operations from Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. You will manage stock, production planning, material receipts and dispatch to Amazon warehouses while maintaining clean records under the founder's guidance.

Ideal candidates are graduates (B.Com/BBA/B.Tech or similar) with up to 4 years of experience, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and willing to work on-site six days a week.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 0–4 years of experience.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Punctual and organized; able to follow processes.
• Willing to work on-site in Sahibabad, 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily stock, production and dispatch registers in Google Sheets.
• Raise raw-material purchase requests and check incoming material against the PO.
• Plan daily production with the floor team and meet targets.
• Pack and dispatch shipments to Amazon warehouses per SOPs.
• Send a short daily report to the founder.
• Follow clear systems and keep records clean.

Operations Executive – Factory & E-commerce (Sahibabad, Ghaziabad)

Chamber of Gods is a fast-growing sports-nutrition brand. We make smelling salts, chalk, creatine and pre-workout at our own factory in Sahibabad and sell across India on Amazon, Flipkart and our own website.

We’re looking for a sharp, hardworking graduate to run our day-to-day factory operations. You don’t need years of experience. We have clear systems and we’ll train you on everything, including Amazon FBA. What we need is someone serious, dependable, and good at following a process exactly and keeping records clean.

What you’ll do

• Maintain daily stock, production and dispatch registers in Google Sheets.


• Raise raw-material purchase requests and check incoming material against the purchase order.


• Plan daily production with the floor team and make sure targets are met.


• Pack and dispatch shipments to Amazon warehouses, following our SOPs.


• Send a short daily report to the founder.


• Are a graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech or similar), with 0–4 years of experience.


• Are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and pick up new apps quickly.


• Are punctual, organised, and take ownership of your work.


• Live within commuting distance of Sahibabad and can work on-site 6 days a week.
