Prashar Road Carriers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced logistics operations leader to manage daily activities across logistics, transportation, and fleet management teams in Delhi.

You will oversee shipment planning, vendor coordination, and escalation handling to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires a proven track record in large-scale logistics, strong focus on safety/compliance, and KPI-driven performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in logistics operations or related field.
• Proven track record managing large-scale logistics with fleet expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of logistics, transportation, fleet management and freight teams.
• Oversee planning and execution of shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors for vehicle maintenance and resolve issues for vehicles/drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time pickup/delivery rates and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor cargo movement and ensure timely despatch from all warehouses.
• Communicate with customers for escalation management.
