Job summary

Flipkart Group is seeking a regional leader to manage fulfillment centers in the Nagpur region. You will drive ownership culture, oversee inventory and assets, and partner with central teams to design regional org structure for warehouses.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• Experience: up to 5+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Managed large teams and 24/7 shift operations.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Experience handling IR issues on floor and strong accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of ownership and empowerment in regional FCs.
• Accountable for inventory and asset management in the region.

• Collaborate with Logistics and Retail to optimize the distribution network.
• Work with central teams on regional org design for fulfillment centers.
• Implement new technology, systems, or processes for regional warehouses.
• Ensure cost-effective fulfillment and warehousing within the region.
• Own P&L responsibility for regional warehouses.
• Lead on-ground operationalization of new fulfillment centers.
• Develop and motivate regional teams; foster Kaizen and LEAN practices.
• Maintain 5S and LEAN systems across sites.

Job description

You are responsible for:

• Build a culture of ownership and empowerment in FCs in that region.
• Accountable for Inventory and related asset management for the region.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the FCs in close coordination within the central FC OD team.
• Work closely with Logistics and Retail teams in reviewing and optimization of the distribution network in his region.
• Work closely with central teams for design of org structure with respect to the regionalfulfillmentcenter.
• Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the warehouses in his region.
• Cost effectivefulfillment/Warehousing in the region.
• PNL accountability of Warehouse in the region.
• Responsible for Ope-rationalization of Newfulfillmentcentersin the region.
• Develop, mentor and motivate the team in the region to achieve higher goals.
• Regular Kaizen, other improvements on monthly basis.
• Maintain 5 S’ and the LEAN system of the company.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

• Graduate
• Up to 5 years+ of experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Warehousing/Logistics Operations
• Should have managed a large team and 24/7 Shift.
