Park Corporates in India is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end property operations across a portfolio. You will manage onboarding, tenant moves, inspections, repairs, and coordinate with leadership on strategic initiatives to drive growth and service quality.

You will lead a team of associates, ensure timely, compliant operations, review processes, implement improvements, and strive for a seamless customer experience in one city or more.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of experience in operations and admin within property management.
• BA/BBA/BBM/BCOM or any graduate with operations and admin experience.
• Experience in tenant onboarding, inspections, repairs, and legal paperwork.

Job overview

The Operations Manager will drive growth and operational efficiency while enhancing the customer experience through process improvements.

Role & responsibilities:

• Operations Manager will manage operations for portfolio of properties assigned to him/her.
• Will be part of the management team. Will work directly closely with the company leadership & will be a crucial team member of our organization accountable for Operations for portfolio of properties in one city or more.
• Will be involved in key strategic org-wide initiatives. Will work like an ambitious entrepreneur to accelerate growth of the company

Job Description:

• He/She will manage properties assigned end to end property onboarding, tenant search, tenant move in/out
• Manage the team of associates to ensure timeliness, quality for all operations like tenancy, inspections, site visit, repairs, legal paper work.
• He/She will manage the operations with efficiency and be expected to work independently and without oversight.
• Implement processes and systems to create seamless customer experience. Where possible, review existing processes, suggest changes to existing processes and create new ones.
• Years of experience 8 to 10 years.

Qualification:

BA, BBA, BBM, BCOM, Any Graduate with Operations and Admin experience
