Role & responsibilities

• Follow up with clients for required documents, pending queries, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, bankers, credit teams, legal and technical teams.
• Take complete ownership of cases from *login to final disbursement.
• Regularly follow up on *sanction and disbursement* status.
• Handle and resolve issues or queries arising during the *disbursement process.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely resolution of disbursement-related problems.
• Ensure all required documents and formalities are completed before disbursement.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely status updates.
• Manage multiple cases independently and ensure cases move forward without unnecessary delays.
• Take responsibility for assigned cases and proactively identify and solve problems.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in *customer care, client coordination, operations, or follow-up*.
• Strong sense of *responsibility, ownership, and accountability*.
• Should be capable of *independently handling cases and resolving operational issues*.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of *MS Excel and Email*.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and handle pressure.
• Candidates with experience in banking, home loans, LAP, finance, or DSA operations will be preferred.
