Job summary

Jmj Finance is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational processes for business loan applications. The role ensures smooth loan processing, documentation, verification, disbursement, compliance, and team management, coordinating with sales and credit teams.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end loan processing, ensuring timely approvals, supervising KYC and documentation, and addressing bottlenecks to maintain efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in loan operations, credit operations, documentation, verification and disbursement.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business loan processes.
• Experience in leading and managing an operations team.
• Good knowledge of KYC, AML, compliance and loan documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of business loan/SME loan processing from application login to final disbursement.
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications in line with defined TAT, SOPs and company policies.
• Supervise KYC, documentation, data entry, verification, sanction and disbursement activities.
• Monitor pending cases, deviations, approvals, rejections and disbursements to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, documentation gaps and process bottlenecks.
