Job summary

Unifin Experts Llp in Delhi seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day lending operations, ensure loans are processed, disbursed, reconciled and closed accurately and on time.

You will supervise the operations team, coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, Finance and Technology, and drive continuous process improvements through SOPs and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and MIS skills.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage a team and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily loan processing, sanction and disbursement operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, Finance and Technology.
• Ensure accurate LMS, bank and MIS reconciliation.
• Monitor loan processing and disbursement TATs.
• Manage loan closures, pre-closures and customer requests.
• Maintain operational reports and daily MIS.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC and process adherence.
• Identify operational errors, gaps and leakages.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process checklists.
• Supervise the operations team and allocate daily tasks.
• Support automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in handling operations, fintech, lending, NBFC or financial services(preferred)
• Good understanding of the loan lifecycle
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and MIS skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage a team and work independently
