Job summary

SequenceDynamics is seeking an Operations Manager to own the systems and processes that keep our projects on track, our clients satisfied, and our team effective. You will coordinate across delivery, vendors, HR, and finance ops while reporting to the leadership team.

This role touches every function—from project delivery to internal tooling—and requires strong PM skills, excellent communication, and an analytical approach to KPI dashboards and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations management experience in tech/services.
• Strong project management skills; PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing exposure.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build dashboards and track metrics.
• High organisational capability with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

About This Role

As SequenceDynamics scales, we need someone who makes sure the machine runs smoothly while we build it. The Operations Manager owns the systems and processes that keep our projects on track, our clients happy, and our team effective. This role touches everything — project delivery, vendor management, client communication, internal tooling, HR coordination, and finance ops. You'll be a critical part of the leadership team and have a direct line to the founders on everything operational.

What You'll Do

• Oversee project delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements
• Build and maintain internal operational processes, SOPs, and playbooks
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure delivery commitments are met
• Manage client communication and escalation handling for delivery-related matters
• Oversee vendor and contractor onboarding, contracts, and performance
• Support HR operations including hiring coordination, onboarding, and policy management
• Track operational KPIs and present weekly status reports to leadership

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of operations management experience in a technology or services company
• Strong project management skills — PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 background preferred
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing experience
• Analytical mindset with ability to build dashboards and track operational metrics
• High organisational capability and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
