Netzwerk.Ai is seeking an Operations Leader to manage program operations, delivery governance, and process improvements across multiple business units. You will oversee dashboards, MIS, and leadership updates while coordinating with Delivery, HR, Finance, Tech, and client teams to standardize processes and drive transformation.

The role requires strong experience in operations and PMO, with a focus on stakeholder management and delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in operations, PMO, delivery ops, or business operations.
• Experience in tracking SLAs, delivery timelines, and service quality.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and governance.
