Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day event and project operations, including planning timelines, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring that all event logistics run smoothly. This role will manage budgets, monitor resource allocation, track project progress, and resolve operational issues to keep events on schedule and within scope. The Operations Manager will also contribute to process improvement, implement operational best practices, and maintain strong communication with clients and partners to support successful experiential campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, project coordination, or event production, ideally within event management, marketing, or experiential services.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and resource management to oversee multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting for events and campaigns.
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers, communication platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges on-site and remotely.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment and willingness to travel within the Greater Kolkata Area for meetings and events.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in experiential marketing, branding, or large-scale event management is an advantage.
