Qualifications

• Strong exposure to Government/PPP projects, stakeholder management, or tender-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the organization's operations within the state and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead large-scale, multi-location operations and ensure achievement of service and organizational goals.
• Drive project delivery in line with SLAs, government agreements, and tender requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with State Government, district administration, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and engage a large and diverse workforce while building a high-performance culture.
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, automation, and optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinate across Operations and support functions including HR, Finance, Technology, Quality, Fleet, SCM, T&D, and Marketing.
• Manage budgets and ensure strong financial discipline and compliance.
• Strengthen the organization's brand and reputation within the state.
• Identify new business opportunities, support tender participation, proposal development, project launch, and stabilization.
