Job summary

ASG Eye Hospital in Mumbai seeks an experienced hospital/operations manager to lead day-to-day operations across all departments, implementing efficient processes and driving service quality. You will coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams, overseeing regulatory compliance including NABH, and pursuing cost reductions while maintaining patient satisfaction and safety.

Candidates should have 8–11 years in hospital/operations management and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 8-11 years' experience in hospital management or operations management in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of business operations, healthcare operations, hospital operations, medical operations, and operational excellence principles.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
