Job summary

Fresh Prints, a NYC-based custom apparel startup, seeks an Operations Manager to lead a team of Operations Associates. The role is remote and covers supply chain, vendor & customer communication, and team performance.

You will own part of the supply chain, manage 3–7 Ops Associates, coordinate with vendors and customers, handle escalations, track metrics, and ensure goals are met. Night shifts are required (IST).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations with team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions without direct supervision.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with night shifts (IST, 6:30 PM–3:30 AM).
• Detail oriented and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Fully own a part of the supply chain and drive projects.
• Lead and develop a team of 3–7 Ops Associates.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues.
• Manage escalations and resolve logistical challenges.
• Set, monitor and report team metrics against goals.
• Ensure all goals and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with reports and manager.

We are a fast‑growing NYC‑based custom apparel start‑up looking for an Operations Manager to lead a team of Operations Associates. The role is based remotely and requires managing operations across supply chain, vendor & customer communication, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Fully own a part of the supply chain, including projects, requests from other functions, headcount planning, and ensuring the team realizes its full potential.
• Manage a team of Ops Associates (3‑7 members).
• Communicate with vendors and customers.
• Manage escalations and solve logistical issues.
• Set and track team metrics.
• Ensure all goals are met.
• Hold regular one‑on‑one meetings with direct reports and manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a team lead or people manager role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions without direct supervision.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
• Detail oriented, goal‑driven, calm under pressure, open to change.
