Job summary

Fresh Prints, a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel start-up, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Operations Associates and oversee parts of the supply chain, vendor and customer communications, and performance.

Based remotely, this role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions independently. Night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations with at least 2 years as a team lead or people manager.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions without direct supervision.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
• Detail oriented, goal-driven, calm under pressure, open to change.

Responsibilities

• Own a portion of the supply chain, drive projects, coordinate with other functions.
• Manage a team of Ops Associates (3-7 members).
• Communicate with vendors and customers.
• Manage escalations and solve logistical issues.
• Set and track team metrics.

• Fully own a part of the supply chain, including projects, requests from other functions, headcount planning, and ensuring the team realizes its full potential.
• Manage a team of Ops Associates (3‑7 members).
• Communicate with vendors and customers.
• Manage escalations and solve logistical issues.
• Set and track team metrics.
• Ensure all goals are met.
• Hold regular one‑on‑one meetings with direct reports and manager.
