Job summary

Sodexo in India is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee integrated services across technical, soft services, security, transport, pantry, and food service, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and client satisfaction.

You will lead site teams, manage budgets and P&L, drive safety and audits, coordinate vendor performance, and support business expansion through due diligence and mobilization. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and asset lifecycle expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated facilities services including technical, soft services, security, transport, pantry, and food service operations while ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, manage escalations, conduct business reviews, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead site teams, ensure optimal manpower deployment, productivity, engagement, training, and performance management.
• Oversee site P&L, budgeting, accruals, invoicing, cost control, wage revisions, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws, HSE standards, and support audits.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, mobilization activities, procurement coordination, and service delivery compliance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facility assets, ensuring maximum uptime and asset lifecycle management.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, incident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive workplace safety programs, risk assessments, safety drills, and incident-free operations.
• Support business expansion through due diligence, site assessments, project execution, and new business mobilization.
