Job summary

LoadShare is seeking a highly execution-oriented operations professional to manage end-to-end hub operations and ensure seamless daily functioning across assigned locations.

The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or hub operations with exposure to managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high service standards. This role is based in Jagdalpur, India.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end day-to-night operations across assigned hubs.

• Minimize operational losses through SOP adherence and regular audits.
• Ensure manpower and resources per business plans and AOP.
• Track hub performance with data-driven actions and improve service levels.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented operations professional to manage end-to-end hub operations and ensure seamless daily functioning across assigned locations. This role requires strong operational control, cash handling discipline, process adherence, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or hub operations with exposure to managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Own and oversee end-to-end day-to-night operations across assigned hubs.
• Ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, sorting, dispatch, and delivery support processes.
• Maintain operational continuity while achieving daily productivity and service targets.

COD Reconciliation

• Manage and monitor Cash-on-Delivery (COD) reconciliation across all assigned hubs.
• Ensure timely cash closure, accurate reporting, and adherence to financial controls.
• Drive accountability and reduce reconciliation gaps.

Loss Prevention & Process Compliance

• Minimize operational losses through strong execution discipline and SOP adherence.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to reduce process deviations.
• Identify operational risks and proactively implement preventive measures.

Resource Management

• Ensure manpower and operational resource availability as per business plans and AOP requirements.
• Optimize workforce deployment to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational readiness.

Performance Management

• Track and improve hub performance through operational metrics and data-driven actions.
• Monitor SLAs, productivity, turnaround times, and overall operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and business outcomes.

Experience & Background:

• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, hub operations, warehouse operations, or last-mile operations.
• Experience managing hub or field operations at scale preferred.
• Exposure to COD management, reconciliation, and cash handling processes is preferred.
• Prior experience in team handling and stakeholder management is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of SOP-driven environments and process governance.
• Data-driven decision-making and performance management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
