Job summary

Delphie Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Chennai (Thoraipakkam) to lead large-scale Finance & Accounting operations. This role requires 14+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position, and a strong focus on SLA, quality, client satisfaction and process excellence.

The incumbent will manage key client relationships, drive performance metrics, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enable P&L controls and growth

Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall experience, with strong operations experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership/operations management role
• Strong Client Management, Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership skills
• Experience in Finance & Accounting / Shared Services / BPO operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations, SLA, quality, productivity & process delivery
• Manage key clients, stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction
• Drive process improvements, KPIs, performance tracking and operational excellence
• Lead, mentor and develop teams while building the next line of leadership
• Manage client calls, reports, escalations and resolution of bottlenecks
