Job summary

Enrich Property Developers seeks a Client Servicing Manager to lead accounting, tax and compliance operations from Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. This full-time role coordinates with our Singapore office and steers the team to deliver accurate work on time.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong accounting knowledge and excellent English communication. You will implement processes, monitor workloads, and drive ongoing improvements in the operation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in accounting firms, audit firms, BPO or outsourcing is preferred.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field. (CA/ CS/ CMA/ M.Com, B.com, Etc., )
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in accounting firms, audit firms, BPO, outsourcing, corporate services or professional services is preferred.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team
• Strong accounting and financial-process knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
