Job summary

Decorpot is seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager for its Malur factory. You will lead end-to-end production operations, ensure daily targets are met, and drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will manage a large workforce, coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch, and report MIS data to senior leadership. 7+ years of experience in interior manufacturing is preferred.

• Manage complete production operations and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.

• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time completion of orders.
• Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and process efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and factory compliance requirements.
• Analyze production performance and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve output and efficiency.
