Niharika Tripathi is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for an apparel brand in Delhi. The role covers end-to-end garment production, sourcing, vendor coordination, and inventory management. You will lead the operations team, implement SOPs, and drive on-time delivery with cost control.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in fashion operations, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset to ensure end-to-end efficiency from start to finish.
