Job summary

Decorpot is seeking an Execution Lead to plan and direct interior project operations, driving productivity, efficiency and profitability. You will coordinate project managers, oversee vendor management, and ensure client requirements are met with strong drawing literacy and site visits.

The role requires 5+ years in interior project management, a graduate degree (BE/BTech preferred), and excellent English/Hindi communication with a customer-oriented mindset. Immediate joining is preferred.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly-talented, motivated Execution Lead who will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Roles & Responsibility

The primary responsibility is to plan and direct operations and improve productivity and efficiency.

Coordinate, manage and monitor the efficiency of the project managers.

Responsible for decision making and problem solving during escalations.

Determine the clients requirements for the project

Formulate and implement designing policies and procedures to maximize output.

Managing vendors, execution - experience in site management with knowledge of reading drawings

Visit the site for the execution.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; B.E/B.Tech preferred.

Good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.

Should be able to join Immediately.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Project Management.

Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.

Should have experience in handling minimum 4 team members.

Must have experience in client facing responsibilities and Residential Interiors
