Job summary

Infraprime Logistics Technologies is seeking an experienced Operations Leader for interior project execution. You will own end-to-end delivery, ensure on-time and on-budget results, and drive quality across multiple regions. You will design SOPs, mentor site teams, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors.

The role emphasizes post-sales service, continuous process improvements, and cost optimization while maintaining high customer satisfaction and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in interior execution, project management, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior projects from handover to closure.
• Drive on-time, within-budget, and quality-compliant delivery across regions.
• Design, implement, and improve SOPs for execution, installation, and post-sales services.
• Lead and mentor operations managers, project managers, and site teams; build onboarding modules.
• Act as primary escalation point for customers and stakeholders; manage vendor performance.
• Oversee post-handover services, defects liability, and timely closure; reduce rework and delays.
• Monitor costs, material utilization, and manpower planning; support budgeting and reporting.

Role & responsibilities

1. Operations & Execution Leadership

Own end-to-end execution of residential/commercial interior projects from handover to closure.

Drive on-time, within-budget, and quality-compliant project delivery across regions.

Monitor project milestones, site progress, installations, and handover processes.

Resolve execution bottlenecks, escalations, and site-level challenges proactively.

2. Process, Quality & Compliance

Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for execution, installation, and post-sales services.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and compliance guidelines.

Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and performance reviews across projects.

3. Team Management & Training

Lead and mentor operations managers, project managers, and site teams.

Act as a trainer for execution, operations, and process development teams.

Build capability frameworks, onboarding modules, and continuous training programs.

Drive performance management, productivity, and accountability within teams.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Act as the primary escalation point for customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership.

Manage and optimize vendor, contractor, and partner performance across regions.

Negotiate timelines, quality benchmarks, and service-level agreements with vendors.

5. Post-Sales & Customer Experience

Oversee post-handover services, defect liability, and closure timelines.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through structured communication and resolution mechanisms.

Reduce rework, complaints, and turnaround time through process improvements.

6. Cost & Resource Optimization

Monitor project costs, material utilization, and manpower planning.

Drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational MIS reporting.

7. Reporting & Governance

Prepare and present operational dashboards, MIS, and performance metrics to leadership.

Track KPIs related to delivery timelines, quality scores, CSAT, and cost efficiency.

Support leadership in scaling operations across new geographies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Project Management Professional) certification.

• 8+ years of experience in interior execution, project management, and operations.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
• Deep technical knowledge of modular fit-outs, installations, and reducing site rework.
• Manages multi-tiered regional teams and designs formal training/onboarding modules.
