Job summary

TravClan, a Delhi-based travel tech startup, offers an internship focused on end-to-end travel bookings and supplier coordination. You will work closely with the founders, handling bookings, supplier communications, and post-booking operations from Connaught Place, Delhi.

The role emphasizes customer-centricity, problem-solving, and ownership with a path toward a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-centric and willing to learn on the job.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good negotiation with suppliers and strong business sense.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and long hours during startup phase.

Responsibilities

• Handle all bookings and business operations related work.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely replies and post-booking deliveries (vouchers, confirmations).
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and deliveries to customers.
• Manage customer and vendor feedback and escalate issues as needed; complete agent KYC on time.

Job Requirements

• Handling all bookings and business operations related work
• Closely working with the suppliers in ensuring timely revert on queries & smooth post booking operations such as booking confirmations, sharing vouchers etc.
• Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and deliveries to customers.
• Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.Regular and timely completion of agent KYC

Stipend

The internship stipend is structured at ₹25,000 per month for the first three months and ₹30,000 per month for the remaining internship period.

Exceptional performers may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a CTC ranging from ₹5.4 LPA to ₹7.5 LPA, based on overall performance, business requirements, and role availability.
