NextNation, a global talent mobility company, is seeking an Operations Intern to support candidates by applying to a high volume of job openings on their behalf. This paid internship emphasizes detail, consistency, and meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include applying to 100–120 openings per day, shortlisting postings, maintaining logs, updating CVs, and coordinating with the placement team on categories, locations, and eligibility.

• Strong attention to detail with high-volume tasks.
• Basic understanding of job portals and application processes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Apply to 100–120 relevant job openings per day across portals and platforms.
• Shortlist suitable job postings based on candidate profiles and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily job applications and report progress to the team.
• Coordinate with the placement team to ensure alignment on job categories, locations, and eligibility criteria.
• Assist in updating candidate CVs or profiles when required for specific job postings.
• Ensure timely completion of daily/weekly targets and follow standard operating procedures.
