Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day fire and rescue operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
• Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and deployment of firefighting equipment and related assets.
• Coordinate emergency response operations, including incident command, resource allocation, and inter-agency collaboration.
• Drive project operations from tendering through execution, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Manage tender and contract processes, negotiating terms with vendors and service providers.
• Supervise service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead team and manpower management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
