Bachelor's degree in Fire/B.tech in Fire & Safety or Sub officer fire/station officer fire (Certifications) from a recognized institution.
8+ years of experience in fire safety management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within a power plant or similar industrial setting.
Experience in the power generation industry or other high-risk industrial sectors such as oil, gas, or chemical manufacturing.
