Job summary

Smartworks is seeking an Operations Executive for the Client Experience & Operations department. The role focuses on space planning, EHS compliance, and coordinating building-related tasks with municipal authorities, licenses, invoices, and AMC management.

You will support building operations, liaise with support teams to ensure high member satisfaction, and supervise housekeeping and security with the Facility Manager, including parking management. Engineering/Technical degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of maintaining building facility.
• Hands-on experience on MEP.
