Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in commercial facility management or technical services.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and elevator systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifecycle and minimize downtime.
• Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planning.
• Lead and mentor technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
• Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and vendors.
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and manage annual technical services budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Manage environmental health and safety programs.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and maintain required certifications.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and training programs.
