• Handle billing, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note maintenance.
• Follow up on POs, service contracts, legal agreements, and contract renewals.
• Oversee office administration, statutory compliance, attendance, and petty cash management.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking.
• Supervise the service team and ensure smooth operation of the service centre.
• Maintain inventory records, including battery stock.

About The Role

The Executive Operations will be responsible for efficiently managing client coordination, service operations, administrative functions, and reporting to ensure service excellence, compliance, and team performance.

The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
