• Handle billing, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note maintenance.
• Follow up on POs, service contracts, legal agreements, and renewals.
• Oversee office administration, compliance, attendance, and petty cash management.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking.
• Supervise the service team and ensure smooth operation of the service centre.
• Maintain inventory records, including battery stock.

About the Role

• The Executive/Sr. Executive - Operations will be responsible for efficiently managing client coordination, service operations, administrative functions, and reporting to ensure service excellence, compliance, and team performance.
• The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure service excellence and retention
