Job summary

Rentokil Initial Hygiene is seeking a proactive Executive/Sr. Executive - Operation in Pune to coordinate client relationships and oversee service operations. You will support administrative tasks, data generation, and reporting to ensure service excellence.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive efficient service delivery and compliance. Any graduate with 1–15 years of experience is welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–15 years of work experience.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant aptitude will be considered.
• Experience in client coordination and service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure service excellence and retention.
• Schedule, plan, and allocate services, ensuring efficient team deployment and timely execution.
• Validate and generate data, plans, and reports using the iCABS system.
• Handle billing, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note maintenance.
• Follow up on POs, service contracts, legal agreements, and contract renewals.
• Oversee office administration, statutory compliance, attendance, and petty cash management.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking.
• Supervise the service team and ensure smooth operation of the service centre.
• Maintain inventory records, including battery stock.

About the Role:

• The Executive/Sr. Executive - Operation will be responsible for efficiently managing client coordination, service operations, administrative functions, and reporting to ensure service excellence, compliance, and team performance.
• The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
