SkillLabs in Odisha, India is seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to oversee daily banking operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will manage CASA processes, KYC compliance, and documentation while coordinating with tellers and sales teams to support target achievement and cross-selling of banking products. The role requires strict RBI guidelines adherence and accurate MIS reporting, with a focus on timely resolution of customer grievances.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of banking/branch operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of CASA, KYC and branch banking.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Team handling or coordination experience preferred.
