Job summary

WishCare, based in Kolkata, is seeking an Operations Executive – D2C to oversee day-to-day D2C order operations, ensuring smooth processing, fulfilment, and customer order management from our Kolkata, West Bengal base.

The role emphasizes end-to-end order processing, coordination with logistics partners, and maintaining accurate order/inventory data. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key operational metrics and identify process gaps.
• Ensure adherence to defined TATs and operational SOPs.
