About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Logistics Executive to support the D2C Marketing team in managing day-to-day logistics and order fulfilment activities across the company's direct-to-consumer channels. The role will coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, courier partners and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective order movement and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities for D2C orders from order processing through final delivery.
- Track daily order dispatches, shipments, deliveries, cancellations, returns and undelivered shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, finance and marketing teams to resolve order and logistics issues.
- Liaise with courier and logistics partners for shipment pickup, tracking, delivery exceptions and escalations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delayed, stuck or failed deliveries.
- Maintain accurate logistics trackers, MIS reports and daily/weekly performance updates.
- Support management of RTO (Return to Origin), returns and exchanges and ensure timely closure.
- Verify shipping information, order details and courier documentation to minimize errors and delivery failures.
- Assist in monitoring logistics costs, freight charges and other operational expenses.
- Support reconciliation of shipment data, COD remittances and logistics invoices in coordination with Finance.
- Identify recurring logistics issues and suggest practical improvements to improve delivery experience and reduce RTO.
- Support D2C campaigns, launches and peak-season activities by coordinating additional logistics requirements.
- Maintain proper records of courier performance, delivery timelines and service-level issues.

- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; logistics, supply chain, operations or business-related education is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, supply chain, order fulfilment or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant internships and strong coordination/analytical skills may also be considered.
Preferred Exposure
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle retail operations.
- Exposure to OMS, WMS, ERP or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working with courier aggregators or logistics partners.
- Basic understanding of COD, prepaid orders, RTO, returns and exchanges.
