Responsibilities

• Assist operations supervisor in day-to-day global vessel operations.
• Liaise closely with clients, auditors, agents etc to ensure smooth execution of any assignments.
• Resolve daily operations queries, issues and liaise with the clients.
• Communicate with attending auditor/s and prepare assignment reports.
• Assist accounts team for billing of assignments.
• All other duties as instructed by the management.
