Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Kerala, India seeks an Operations Executive to manage operational coordination, MIS reporting, and process execution across locations. You will coordinate with Retail, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and other teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires a graduate with 1–3 years of experience in operations and strong Excel skills, with a focus on data analysis and dashboard preparation.

Competenze

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Retail Operations, Business Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and lookup functions.
• Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.
• Working knowledge of ERP/POS systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to identify operational issues, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to handle operational challenges independently and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong ownership, time management, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

• Identify recurring operational issues, analyse root causes, recommend improvements, and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and management reports.
